About Me

steph wilson: I am a first, and most important, a mother to three fantastic children. I am a full-time student looking to graduate this May with an Associates Degree in Education. I am a certified Zumba Instructor and have been since February 2011. I am a part-time wellness coach at the Kings Mountain YMCA. My passion is people !! I love to help people; whether its to help them meet fitness goals or encourage them to have fun while working out, I try to help them get on a workout plan that will help them be successful in meeting their weight loss goals.

Shamrock Shake Event

Come decked out in your green attire and get ready to Shake your Shamrock at the Dover YMCA Shamrock Shake Zumba Party on Friday March 15th from 6:30-8:30! A prize will be given for the costume contest. You can register in advance at the front desk! Come out and join the fun !!
